Here’s a simple and delicious shake recipe for a Mango and Cherry Shake:

 

Ingredients:

– 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced

– 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted

– 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, such as almond, soy, or coconut milk)

– 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)

– Ice cubes (if not using frozen cherries)

 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the mango by peeling, pitting, and dicing it. If using fresh cherries, make sure to pit them as well.
  2. In a blender, add the diced mango, pitted cherries, milk, and sweetener (if using).
  3. If you’re not using frozen cherries, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender to make the shake cold and refreshing.
  4. Blend the ingredients on high speed until everything is smooth and well combined. If the shake is too thick, you can add a bit more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or sweetener.
