  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 cups chicken or seafood broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Lobster:
    • Clean and cut the lobsters into pieces. Crack the claws and tail to allow the flavors to penetrate during cooking.
  2. Rinse Rice:
    • Wash the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.
