Ingredients:

– 500 grams boneless chicken pieces, cut into bite-sized cubes

– 1 tablespoon garam masala
– 1 tablespoon coriander powder
– 1 tablespoon cumin powder
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Salt to taste
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 large onion, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, pureed
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken:
– In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
– Add the chicken pieces and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
