Ingredients:

– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 small carrot, julienned
– 1 small bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 50g cabbage, thinly sliced
– 50g bean sprouts
– 6-8 spring roll wrappers
– Oil for frying
– Salt and pepper to taste
Dipping Sauce:
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:
– In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken:
– Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it’s no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
