Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the cubed butter and rub it into the flour mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Gradually add cold water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the chicken filling. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, ginger paste, and chopped green chili. Sauté for another minute.
- Add ground chicken to the pan and cook until it turns white and starts to brown.
