Tea Tree Oil:

Tea tree oil has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce acne-causing bacteria and inflammation on the skin. Here’s how you can use it:
DILUTE THE TEA TREE OIL:
Mix 1 part tea tree oil with 9 parts water or a carrier oil, such as coconut oil. This is important because applying undiluted tea tree oil directly to the skin can cause irritation.
CLEANSE YOUR FACE:
Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat it dry.
APPLY THE DILUTED TEA TREE OIL:
Dip a cotton swab into the diluted tea tree oil solution and apply it directly to the affected areas. Be sure to cover the pimples or acne spots thoroughly.
LEAVE IT ON OR RINSE OFF:
You can leave the tea tree oil on your skin overnight or for a few hours. If you experience any discomfort or irritation, rinse it off with water.
REPEAT REGULARLY:
Apply the tea tree oil solution once or twice daily until you see an improvement in your skin. It’s important to be consistent with the application.
It’s worth noting that while tea tree oil can be effective for some people, it may not work for everyone. Additionally, some individuals may be sensitive to tea tree oil, so it’s essential to do a patch test on a small area of skin before applying it to your face. If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist for further guidance.
