Papaya is a tropical fruit rich in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as enzymes like papain that can help exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin. This papaya mask is great for toning the skin, brightening your complexion, and promoting a healthy, radiant glow.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh papaya, ripe and peeled: 1/2 cup (75 g)
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Lemon juice (optional): 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Papaya:
    • Peel and deseed the ripe papaya, then cut it into small pieces.
    • Place the papaya pieces in a bowl.
  2. Mash the Papaya:
    • Use a fork to mash the papaya until it forms a smooth paste.
  3. Add Honey:
    • Add honey to the mashed papaya and mix well to combine.
  4. Add Lemon Juice (optional):
    • If desired, add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the mixture for extra brightening effects.
    • Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
