Apple, Raspberries, Pineapple, and Banana Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Wash and chop the apple into chunks.
    • If using fresh pineapple, peel and cut it into chunks.
    • Peel the ripe banana.
  2. Blend the Fruits:
    • In a blender, combine the chopped apple, raspberries, pineapple chunks, and banana.
  3. Add Yogurt or Almond Milk:
    • Pour in the plain yogurt or almond milk.
  4. Optional Sweetener:
    • Add honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie. Adjust the amount based on your taste.
  5. Blend Until Smooth:
    • Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  6. Adjust Thickness:
    • If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid (yogurt or almond milk) and blend again.
  7. Add Ice Cubes (Optional):
