Shish Tawook Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs (700g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon plain white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, tomato paste, vinegar, cinnamon, allspice, coriander, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
