Instant Noodles Stir-Fried with Shrimp and Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of instant noodles (your choice of flavor)
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 150g pork, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced onions. Stir-fry until onions are translucent.
  4. Add sliced pork to the skillet. Cook until the pork is no longer pink.
  5. Add peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Cook until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  6. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
  7. Push the ingredients to the side of the skillet to make space for the noodles.
  8. Add the cooked instant noodles to the skillet.
  9. Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the noodles. Toss everything together until well combined.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
  11. Continue stir-frying for an additional 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through and have absorbed the flavors.
  12. Garnish with green onions if desired.
  13. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious instant noodles stir-fried with shrimp and pork!
