Instant Noodles Stir-Fried with Shrimp and Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of instant noodles (your choice of flavor)
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 150g pork, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onions. Stir-fry until onions are translucent.
- Add sliced pork to the skillet. Cook until the pork is no longer pink.
- Add peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Cook until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Push the ingredients to the side of the skillet to make space for the noodles.
- Add the cooked instant noodles to the skillet.
- Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the noodles. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Continue stir-frying for an additional 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through and have absorbed the flavors.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.
