Making spicy chicken legs and steamed spiced rice is a delicious and satisfying meal. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Spicy Chicken Legs:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken legs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika or chili powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken legs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the chicken legs in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Massage the oil evenly onto the chicken.
  4. Season the chicken legs generously with salt, black pepper, paprika or chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preference.
