Spicy Capsicum Chicken Masala Recipe: A Flavorful Delight Dish

Here’s a recipe for Capsicum with Chicken Spicy Masala:

Ingredients:

– 250g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 2 medium-sized capsicums (bell peppers), thinly sliced
– 2 onions, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tablespoon cooking oil
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 tablespoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
– 1 tablespoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken:
– In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Cook the Chicken:
– Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
– Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
– Add the marinated chicken and cook until it’s no longer pink. Remove the chicken and set it aside.

3. Prepare the Masala:
– In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
– Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and the oil starts to separate.

4. Combine Chicken and Masala:
– Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Mix well with the masala.

5. Add Capsicums:
– Add sliced capsicums to the chicken and masala mixture. Stir well to combine.

6. Cook Until Capsicums are Tender:
– Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the capsicums are tender.

7. Finish with Garam Masala:
– Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

8. Garnish and Serve:
– Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve the Capsicum with Chicken Spicy Masala hot with steamed rice or Indian bread (roti/naan).

Enjoy your flavorful and spicy dish!
