Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions:
For the Cake:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries and mangoes until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
